Moving Bin Pickup in Santa Clarita
Pickup is included in every package. At the end of your rental we collect the bins and dollies from the address on your booking — there is nothing to return, break down or take to the curb for recycling, which is the part of a cardboard move nobody enjoys.
Your pickup address can be different from the delivery address, which is how most local moves work: bins arrive at the old place and come back from the new one. You set both addresses on the availability form, and we check them both against our route area before approving.
The standard rental runs 7 days from delivery. If you need longer, extend before your pickup date and the pickup moves out with it automatically — the first few extra days are charged per day, and from the fourth extra day the weekly extension rate applies instead, never both stacked.

You choose it on the availability form, and it is confirmed with your booking once payment goes through. Pickups are grouped by route across the valley, so we confirm the schedule with you rather than quoting a fixed arrival time up front.
Need more time?
Use the extension link on your booking before pickup day. Pick the extra days, pay, and the pickup date moves automatically — subject to the equipment being available for those dates.
Finished early?
Contact us and we will arrange an earlier collection when the route allows. There is no prorated refund for unused days, so there is no cost either way if you keep them the full term.
If we cannot collect
If the bins are not empty, not accessible, or nobody can let us in, a missed-pickup fee plus the applicable extension charge applies. See the rental terms and fee schedule.

Getting ready for pickup
- Bins emptied — nothing left inside, including packing paper and trash
- Lids closed and bins stacked where we can reach them
- Dollies with the stack, not left inside the house
- The pickup spot accessible: driveway, garage, curbside, ground-floor entry or loading area
- Gate codes, call-box names or parking instructions passed on if they changed
Every bin is cleaned and inspected after collection before it goes out again, so normal wear is expected. Deep-cleaning and damage fees only apply in the situations listed in the rental terms.
