What are the bin sizes?
All rental bins are the same 27-gallon size. Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large describe how many bins come in the package, not how big each bin is.
What are plastic moving bins?
They are rigid 27-gallon plastic bins with lids — black bodies with yellow lids — used in place of cardboard boxes while you pack and move. They arrive ready to use, stack when full and nest when empty. Every bin in the fleet is the same model and size.
Are moving bins the same as moving totes?
In this industry, yes. Some companies and customers say moving totes, others say moving bins. Both describe the same rigid plastic container with a lid.
Are moving totes the same as plastic moving boxes?
Yes. Plastic moving box, reusable moving box, moving crate and plastic moving container all point at the same rental product.
Are these cardboard boxes?
No. Nothing we deliver is cardboard. The bins are moulded plastic with attached lids.
Do I have to assemble them?
No. There is no flat-pack step — the bins arrive fully formed with the lids already attached.
Do I need packing tape?
No. The attached hinged lids close on their own, so there is no tape to buy and nothing to cut open later.
Can I rent plastic moving boxes instead of buying cardboard?
That is exactly what this service is. You rent the bins for your packing and moving window and hand them back empty instead of owning a pile of boxes afterward.

How much does it cost to rent moving bins?
Pricing is a flat seven-day package rate that includes the bins, the dollies, delivery and pickup: Small (20 bins, 1 dolly) $129, Medium (40 bins, 2 dollies) $199, Large (60 bins, 3 dollies) $269, Extra Large (80 bins, 4 dollies) $339.
What are your package prices?

What do extra bins and dollies cost?
Extra bins are $5 each per seven-day rental period and an extra dolly is $10 per week. If extra bins would cost as much as the next package up, we move you up instead so you get more bins for the same money or less.
How much does it cost to keep the bins longer?
Extensions require approval and depend on availability. Current package extension rates are Small $20/day or $60/week, Medium $25/day or $90/week, Large $30/day or $120/week, Extra Large $35/day or $150/week. Daily rates apply for up to three extra days; four or more days use the weekly rate. Extra add-on bins are $5 each per additional week.
Are there any extra or hidden fees?
Standard Santa Clarita Valley delivery, pickup, normal cleaning and normal wear are included. Extra charges apply only when you add equipment or time, request an additional trip, miss a pickup, or return equipment lost, damaged or needing deep cleaning. The complete fee schedule is published in the rental agreement before you sign and pay.

Can you deliver moving boxes to my house?
Yes. We deliver the bins and dollies to your home inside Santa Clarita Valley and collect them after you unpack. Standard delivery covers the driveway, garage, curbside, a ground-floor entrance or a designated loading area.
When will my bins be picked up?
Your pickup date is set when you book and appears in your confirmation and rental details. The standard rental runs seven days from delivery to pickup. Have every bin empty, nested and accessible with the dollies at the agreed pickup location on that date.
Can my pickup address be different from my delivery address?
Yes, as long as both addresses are inside our approved service area: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Westridge and Stevenson Ranch. We validate both addresses before payment, and the pickup address on the booking is where the empty bins and dollies must be ready.
Can you pick up the bins early?
Contact us to request an earlier pickup. We will arrange it when the route schedule allows, but there is no prorated refund for unused rental days.
What if I am not ready on pickup day?
Request an extension before pickup and we will confirm whether inventory allows it. If the equipment is not empty and accessible when we arrive, a $25 missed-pickup fee plus the applicable extension charge may apply.

Do you move my belongings?
No. We are not a moving company. We rent and deliver empty bins and dollies. You pack, and you move your belongings yourself or with a mover you hire.
How long is the rental?
Standard rentals run seven days, measured from delivery to pickup.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, when the bins are not already reserved for another booking. You request the extension, we check inventory and approve it — extensions are never automatic. One to three extra days are charged per day; four or more days use the additional-week rate, which is never more than stacked daily charges.
How many bins do I need?
It depends on how much you own rather than on bedroom count. Every bin is the same 27-gallon size, so you are only choosing quantity: 20 suits smaller moves, 40 is popular for apartments and moderate household moves, and 60 or 80 fits larger homes. Not sure? How should I pack the bins?
Keep every bin under 50 lb (about 23 kg). Pack heavy items like books, tools and dishes only about half full, then top up with light, soft items or split the rest into another bin. Close and latch the lid before lifting or stacking, and use the included dolly to move loaded bins. These rules are part of the rental agreement you sign at checkout.
Are dollies included?
Yes. Every package includes dollies: 1 with Small, 2 with Medium, 3 with Large, 4 with Extra Large.
What is included with my bin rental?
Every package includes the selected quantity of 27-gallon moving bins, the package's dollies, a seven-day rental, delivery and pickup within our Santa Clarita Valley service area, and normal cleaning after return. There is no separate standard delivery fee and no tape or assembly is needed.
Can I use them for an apartment move?
Yes, and apartments are one of the most common uses. Let us know about elevators, stairs and parking so the delivery and pickup go smoothly.
Can I use them for an office move?
Yes. Offices and small commercial moves work the same way: we deliver, your team packs, and we collect the empty bins afterward.

Do I need to clean the bins?
Just return them empty and free of debris. Normal cleaning and normal wear are included at no charge.
How do I prepare the bins for return?
Empty every bin completely, remove loose debris, nest the empty bins together and leave all bins and dollies accessible at the agreed pickup location. Normal cleaning is included, but deep cleaning, contamination, missing equipment or damage may result in the fees listed in the rental agreement.
Do I return the bins somewhere?
No. We collect the empty bins and dollies from the pickup address on your booking. Both the delivery and pickup addresses must be inside our Santa Clarita Valley service area.
Are the bins cleaned between customers?
Yes. Every bin is inspected and cleaned after each rental before it goes out again.
What happens if a bin is lost?
A lost or destroyed bin is charged at the published replacement fee, and a broken lid that makes a bin unusable is treated the same way. The full fee schedule is on the rental terms page.
What if my moving date changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. Reschedules depend on inventory, and the cancellation policy explains how changes close to your delivery date are handled.
Can I keep some bins?
Yes, subject to inventory availability and approval. Approved bins are $15 each. Dollies are rental equipment and must be returned.

Our delivery and pickup area covers Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Westridge and Stevenson Ranch. If your address is in one of those communities, delivery and pickup are included in the package price.
Do you deliver moving bins in Valencia?
Yes. Valencia is inside the standard service area.
Do you deliver moving totes in Saugus?
Yes. Saugus deliveries and pickups are included with every standard package.
Do you serve Newhall?
Yes, Newhall is one of our standard delivery communities.
Do you deliver to Canyon Country?
Yes. Canyon Country is inside the standard service area.
Do you serve Stevenson Ranch?
Yes, Stevenson Ranch is covered by standard delivery and pickup.
Do you deliver to Westridge?
Yes. Westridge is inside our Santa Clarita Valley service area, so delivery and pickup are included.
Do you deliver moving bins to Castaic?
Yes. Castaic is part of our standard Santa Clarita Valley service area.
Can I move outside Santa Clarita Valley?
You may move your belongings however you choose, but we only deliver and retrieve our rental equipment within our approved Santa Clarita Valley service area. Both the delivery address and the pickup address for the bins must be inside the area: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Westridge and Stevenson Ranch.
Do you pick up in Los Angeles, Burbank or Ventura?
No. Our delivery and pickup service is currently limited to the Santa Clarita Valley.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our Santa Clarita Valley service area — there is no separate delivery fee.

Do I have to sign a rental agreement?
Yes. Signing the rental agreement is a required step in the booking flow — you tick the agreement checkbox and type your full legal name as an electronic signature before payment, and nothing is delivered or picked up without it. You can read the full agreement on the rental terms page at any time.
