Inaccessible address or no-show
If we arrive and the delivery location is inaccessible or nobody is available, a $50 redelivery fee applies if another delivery is requested.
If we can't fulfill your booking
If we're unable to deliver for any reason on our side, you receive a 100% refund.
Early returns
Returning the bins before your rental period ends doesn't generate a prorated refund.
Reschedules and inventory
Reschedules always depend on whether the equipment is already reserved for another booking, so tell us about a date change as early as you can. Extension and fee details are listed on the rental terms page and pricing page.
