Moving Bin Delivery in Santa Clarita
Delivery is included in every package across our Santa Clarita Valley service area. We bring clean plastic moving bins with attached hinged lids, plus the dollies that come with your package, to the address you give us — you never haul them home, and there is no cardboard, tape or assembly involved.
We rent and deliver equipment only. We do not pack, load, carry your belongings or transport them — the bins and dollies arrive empty and ready for you or whoever is handling your move.
Drop-offs are grouped by route across Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch and Castaic. Because of that we confirm your schedule when your booking is approved rather than quoting a fixed arrival time before we have looked at the day.
Scheduling
How a drop-off gets scheduled
1. Pick your delivery date
Choose the date you want the bins dropped off when you send an availability request. You also give us the delivery address, the pickup address if it is different, and your planned pickup date.
2. We review and approve
We check equipment availability for your dates, both of your addresses against our Santa Clarita Valley service area, and your access notes. Then we approve or ask a question. Nothing is charged at this stage.
3. Pay and lock the date
Approval comes with a payment link. Once you pay, your bins and dollies are reserved to your booking and your delivery date is confirmed and scheduled.
4. Drop-off day
We bring the bins and dollies to the drop-off spot you described, clean and ready to pack. Empty bins nest, so a full package takes up far less room than you might expect while you work through it.
Access
Where we can set the bins down
Standard delivery covers a driveway, garage, curbside, ground-floor entry or a building loading area. Anything more involved is not a problem — we just flag it as special access when we review your request, so we can plan the stop properly instead of discovering it on the day.

- A long carry through the interior of a home or building
- Restricted or permit-only parking near the entrance
- Elevator coordination or a building access window
- Gated communities and controlled-access buildings that need a code, call box or escort
Describe your access in the notes field on the availability form — gate codes, call-box names, parking limits and stairs all help. If your address sits outside our standard route area we will still look at it and come back to you rather than turning it away automatically.
Changes
Moving your delivery date
Before you pay
Reply to us and we will re-check the new dates against inventory. Approved quotes hold your equipment for a limited window, so if the link expires just send a fresh request with the new date.
After you pay
Reschedules and cancellations follow the published policy, including the free reschedule windows and the redelivery fee that applies when nobody can receive the bins at the agreed spot. Read the cancellation policy.
