A bin rental is a short equipment rental built around your packing window. Nothing about it involves us handling your belongings.
1. Request availability
You send your dates, delivery and pickup addresses, package size and access details. Nothing is charged at this point — we confirm we can actually reserve the equipment first.
2. We confirm and you pay
Once approved, you get a payment link with a short window to complete it. Paying is what holds the bins for your dates; until then the inventory stays available to others.
3. Delivery
Clean bins and the dollies included in your package arrive before your packing window. Standard delivery is driveway, garage, curbside or an accessible ground-floor entrance.
4. You pack and move
Pack at your own pace, then complete the move yourself or with a mover you hire. We are the equipment rental, not the moving company.
5. Pickup
On your pickup day the bins need to be completely empty, nested together and accessible at the agreed spot. We collect the equipment and the rental closes out.

Extensions are available when the bins are not reserved for the next booking. Short overruns are charged per day, longer ones per week.
