Stacks that don't topple
Uneven weight, bulging lids, stacks too tall for the dolly. Fix those three and stacks stay put.
A stack falls over for one of three reasons. All three are avoidable.
Rigid bins with attached lids stack flat — but only when the lid actually closes flat.
Overfill one bin and every bin above it sits on a dome. That's how stacks lean.
Spread heavy things across several bins instead of loading one to the brim.
- Heaviest bins on the bottom, lightest on top
- Close the lid fully before anything goes on top of it
- Keep dolly stacks low enough to see over while walking
- Load and unload the dolly against a wall, not in open floor space
Dollies come with every package, so you're rolling stacks instead of carrying them.
