Apartment moves are less about how much you own and more about how equipment gets in and out of the building. Sorting that out at booking time is what keeps the delivery to a few minutes.
Delivery access
Standard included delivery means driveway, garage, curbside, a designated loading area or an accessible ground-floor entrance. If the bins need to go past that point, mention it in your request so it is planned rather than improvised.
Elevators
Some buildings require booking the elevator or padding it. Check with your office, then tell us the window you have reserved.
Stairs
Stairs and long interior carries are treated as special access. They are not automatically included, but telling us up front means we can talk through options before your dates are locked.
Parking
- Note guest parking rules and any loading-zone time limits
- Include gate codes or call-box names
- Say where the bins should be staged if the unit is not reachable directly
Rental length
Seven days covers most apartment moves comfortably: a few days packing, move day, and a few days to unpack. If unpacking slips, extensions are available when the bins are not already reserved.
Pickup
Have every bin empty and nested at the agreed spot. In apartment buildings that is usually the garage, lobby loading area or the same curbside spot used for delivery.
